Chris Gould, Zak Simmonds-Hurn and Matthew Bramble studied sequential Illustration together at Swindon College, graduating in 2006 and have been exhibiting at conventions and small press fairs ever since! Zaks first work in comics was collaborating with Robin Etherington on 'The Strange, Strange, World of Weird' for The DFC. He has since worked as a concept artist on kids' TV series 'The Matt Hatter Chronicles' and has recently drawn 'Simon Swift' (written by Thomas Fickling) for The Phoenix.
Zak also illustrated 'Let's make Comics!' (written by Robin Etherington), which is available from Oxford University Press from September 2014. Zak is currently writing and drawing 'Sky Drifters' for The Phoenix alongside his own self-published series 'Monstrosity' which he is selling at conventions. Twitter: @monstrouscomics |
Chris is a freelance illustrator and designer who has worked with companies including Dorling Kindersley, Carlton Books and Imagine Publishing, also finding time to contribute to Sonic The Comic Online. His current project is writing and drawing the adventure series P.A.W: Protection Against Wrongdoers.

Life-long comics fan Matthew Bramble (formerly Matthew Allen Smith) has worked with ComicsAlliance's own Chris Sims on The Chronicles of Solomon Stone and has contributed many stories to Sonic The Comic Online. He is currently hard at work writing and drawing his own projects; including the off-beat fantasy Tales from the Long Winter War and The Fantastic Feats of Frankenstein.
